This Blog has been set up to follow the progress of Dick Darstardly and Captain Slow as we vernture across the far corners of THE WORLD!!! .... OK Britain! Having mentioned one autumn day in 2008 that we both fancied a bike ride, I foolishly mentioned Lands End to John O'Groats could be abit of a challenge! Darstadly, being the over eager chap that he is, wanted to do it there and then! After arguing for a few days, we finally settled on starting the torturous journey in July 2009 and reversing the route to John O'Groats to Lands End. Darstardly assures me its easier. Being a known fabricator of truth that he is ... I'm not so sure! If i'm still stuck in Scotland by Christmas 2009 - I'll boody kill him!
